Tentacle Tools LLC (“Tentacle Tools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game SCREW THIS JOB: Refinery Run (“Refinery Run” or the “App”).

Players who successfully complete eligible levels may receive promotional discount codes for use at the Tentacle Tools online store.
Reward eligibility may be verified through server-side gameplay validation before a reward is issued.

If you redeem a reward through the Tentacle Tools online store, information associated with your purchase or checkout will be processed separately through the Tentacle Tools store and its service providers, including Shopify.

- Reward eligibility records
Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Children’s Privacy
Refinery Run is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
