Your request must come from or be verified through the email address associated with the Refinery Run account so we can confirm account ownership.

After submitting your request, Tentacle Tools may contact you at the associated email address to verify ownership before deletion is completed.

When an eligible account-deletion request is completed, information associated with your Refinery Run account may include:

• Email address associated with the account
• Saved game progress
• Completed levels
• Level unlocks
• Scores and best scores
• Outage Cash
• Gameplay history
• Server-verified game-run records
• Reward eligibility information
• Reward claim history

Deleting your Refinery Run account will permanently remove access to saved progression associated with that account.

Previously issued Tentacle Tools promotional codes may remain subject to their original expiration and usage restrictions.

Deleting your Refinery Run account does not create replacement rewards or restore previously claimed rewards.

Certain limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

• Abuse prevention
• Security
• Dispute resolution
• Legal or regulatory compliance
