Tentacle Tools LLC ("Tentacle Tools," "we," "us") sells welding tools, apparel and digital products at tentacletools.com. Information you give us. When you place an order or create an account, our checkout provider collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address and payment details. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details. If you enter a giveaway or use our job board, we receive the information you submit there.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically. Our website and service providers collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you move through them. If you allow analytics cookies, we use session recording and heatmap tools to see how visitors use the site so we can fix problems and improve it.
