At Tentacle Tools LLC, we stand behind the tools we sell because we know they’re being used in real-world conditions—refineries, power plants, fabrication shops, shutdowns, and everything in between.

 

Your Tentacle Tools Purge Monitor is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

 

What This Warranty Covers

 

This warranty covers defects in:

• Manufacturing workmanship

• Internal electronic failures under normal use

• Defective components or materials

• Display malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects

• Sensor issues caused by factory defects

 

If your purge monitor fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will:

• Repair the unit

• Replace the unit

OR

• Issue store credit at our discretion

 

 

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Dropping the unit

• Water damage

• Improper storage

• Physical abuse

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Damage from extreme heat exposure

• Improper calibration attempts

• Battery corrosion caused by neglect

• Wear and tear from heavy industrial use

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents

 

This tool is built for industrial environments—but it still needs proper care.

 

Calibration Disclaimer

 

Sensors naturally wear over time depending on frequency of use and environmental exposure.

 

Routine calibration, sensor replacement, and maintenance are considered normal ownership responsibilities and may not be covered unless determined to be a manufacturing defect.

 

Warranty Eligibility

 

To qualify for warranty service:

• You must be the original purchaser

• Product must be purchased directly from Tentacle Tools LLC or an authorized dealer

• Proof of purchase is required

• Warranty claim must be submitted within the 1-year warranty period

 

This warranty is non-transferable.

 

Shipping Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for warranty inspection unless otherwise stated.

 

If the product is determined to be defective under warranty, Tentacle Tools LLC may cover return shipping on replacement products at our discretion.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Tentacle Tools LLC is not responsible for:

• Lost job time

• Lost wages

• Project delays

• Consequential damages

• Improper weld results caused by incorrect product use
